My mother lives with a serious respiratory condition, and despite the complexity of her illness, you demonstrate exceptional dedication and attentiveness. We moved our mother to Villa St-Albert to be closer to her family. Pierre, his staff, and the other residents of the Villa welcomed her warmly upon arrival and made her feel right at home. Moving from one residence to another at the age of 95 could have been very difficult, especially during the pandemic, which caused her to be isolated from her family. Thanks to the warm and welcoming environment of Villa St-Albert, my mother adapted quickly and made many friends. Pierre and the staff of the residence provide unparalleled service, and their passion for serving our seniors is evident. Our mother is no longer with us, but it gives us great comfort to know that she spent a wonderful time of her life at Villa St-Albert. We are grateful to Villa St-Albert and its staff.
