This is the third time Sylvain has measured me for compression socks. I am glad to see that he has returned from being off. He is extremely attentive to his clients. And always extremely pleasant. Prior to his return, I tried for several months to get an appointment and didn’t have much luck with people calling me back. I was definitely disappointed. When I finally got an appointment, I was fortunate that Sylvain had returned. He is a very committed and excellent employee . I have dealt with him for many years Glad to see him back

Bought a CPAP mask at this location and the mask was defective within 3 weeks of purchase. I came into the store to return the item within 30 days and the manager was in meetings at 11am. The staff said they couldn't return the mask without the managers authorization. They said he would be back in the afternoon at no specific time I asked the staff to send a text to their manager to find out what time he will return and they refused even after I said I didn't live in Sudbury. I ended up doing things in town to pass some time and came back at 3 pm and the manager didn't come back. I waited till 5 pm as I needed the mask, for my medical condition and he ended up not coming into the store. I explained how I had severe sleep Apnea and get headaches if I don't wear it and the Shelly didn't seem to care and said her husband gets them as well for that reason as if wasn't a big deal, but they still refused to help me. At five the manager didn't show up and i was asked to leave. As the male employee was apologizing as i was getting ready to leave and approaching the door, Shelly said to me in a frustrated voice "are you coming out now instead of making me stand around for you?" I've given this store alot of my business and maybe it's time to take it somewhere else. They should have a back up person to resolve these issues.

great service, product required was in stock and Shelley took the time to explain how the product worked. She also helped me save taxes because I had a prescription for the product. I would not have known if she hadnt asked for the script. Thank you Shelley.
