The second experience with this company. I'm unable to walk as I was the last time I had a spine infection for 8 months. They will only come to my house if I have the supplies yet being on disability I cannot afford delivery charges. And for that matter I'm told that I could get myself to the Bayshore to have my wound changed every day. I'm not supposed to be walking on it whatsoever and who is paying for my taxi to and from every day to the Bayshore clinic? They will not come because I can't get the supplies I have to pick them up on my own. I have five for care so badly from the last time and knowing that this was going to happen once again and it did. I'm left at home I have no family here no one on the second floor take care of for myself and change my own wound. I have suffered from a severe infection to where I almost went sepsis and passed and my wound is extremely important to clean and keep clean. Thankfully the hospital gave me some supplies and I will change my own wound into my own wound care because of no choice. this is the second time I'd like to know how Bayshore thinks clients who cannot leave their homes are supposed to and be responsible to pick up supplies or else the nurse is wasting their time apparently to come here is what I was told. Yet I know someone for 6 years she mental and it's quite capable of doing her own laundry and getting in and out of the tub. But yet in 6 years there's a nurse that goes there for this and when she says it's okay I don't need a bath I need help. But she doesn't need help I know because I've been there they still get paid is what the nurse that was there told me because I said that's pretty cnowpy I guess you don't get paid now. She goes oh no we get paid as long as we show up. So I'd like to know how I can just not have to fight when I get home from the hospital for care that I deserve? This is a horrible experience once again with Bayshore it is just a horrible all around and needs someone to do something about this. I'm not the only one this I know.

The nurse sent to change my son's packimg after his surgery cancels more often than not and they have to find a replacement. Then, he gets told no one is coming so go to a clinic! The service and professionalism is awful. Do better.
