If you are a low income family looking to place your loved one here, I cannot stress enough to stay away. My grandmother was placed here and was fully ignored by staff. Often finding her in her room sleeping. She needed to have a hand splint that was never placed on her hand causing the issue to get worse. Understaffed HCA’s I can understand but lack of proper medical knowledge and equipment leads to questionable service.The “department” staff are absolutely terrible and don’t listen to family and do not even update family as to what is even going on. I had to place a camera in my grandmothers room because we kept receiving calls that covered themselves like “she has a bruise.” Since she’s been placed in a new facility she has clean diapers, is awake and interactive with residents, and does not have “bruises” that pop up every week, as well as, her hand splint is always in place. AVOID THIS FACILITY.

On behalf of our family, I am letting others know how much we appreciated the care, compassion and support provided by the staff of Wentworth Court to our step father while his health was failing and during and after his death. We were blown away by the care the staff took to support our mother through this process and to provide coffee, food and aid which meant so much to all of us. They were truly present to our whole family and ensured we were always aware and could anticipate my step father and mother’s needs throughout this trying time. We thank the wonderful staff with all our hearts!
