Staying in the guest suite for my second time since my dad moved in last May. I am so happy and comforted knowing he's in a place like this where everyone knows his name! The best experiences honestly are in the dining room, there's a server named Andrew who is just so lovely! He's fun, chatty and soooo accommodating, he took such great care of us! I'm sorry I won't se him before I leave but will look forward to seeing him again my next visit. Other staff members are just lovely too, Jasmine, Michelle and Kirk made sure to check in with us! I wish I could name all the people Dad mentions... Vinny from the dining room, Mark the driver...we are just so happy he's here. Thank you and please keep up the great work and keep these employees-they're invaluable to all of us, living so far away is less stressful knowing he's in such good hands.

Visited a friend at Westerleigh West Van today. Saw her apartment and it was absolutely lovely, a good amount of space and everything she needs for sure. We went to the dining room for lunch. The food was good and the options were numerous but the server was amazing. He interacted with my friend like she was family he cares for. He was patient, attentive, hospitable, clearly helping my friend Imelda with her dining choices. He joked with us, checked that we were enjoying our meal, made a suggestion for a dessert and in between his duties, he chatted socially with us. My thought upon leaving…..thank you Andrew for being there and for looking after my friend. I left there knowing that she is well taken care of and HAPPY with her new chapter in life. Thank you Andrew, more than you can know. Thank you Westerleigh!

The Westerleigh is an absolutely fantastic place to live. Both my father and my aunt moved in last April and they love it so much. The staff are extremely kind and very helpful. We are a large family and have many gatherings. The staff at the Westerleigh are happy to accommodate with the use of their private rooms and catered menu options. The food is outstanding and the service team are exceptional. A big thank you to Andrew and Steve for making our events so fabulous. A huge shout out to Jaco the food and beverage manager for all of his hard work, planning and dedication to making our events that much more special. You are all the best!!!
