My father has been in Willows Estate for four years and we couldn't be happier. Staff are wonderful and very caring. Food is great. Lots of activities. Extremely diligent with infection prevention and control. Staff are always there when you need them. Special shout-out to Tam, the social worker.

My mom currently lives at Willows Estate Aurora. The facility may look run down and parking might not be the best, but what the facility lacks in appearance it delivers in spades in their commitment to their residents and families. My mom is very happy as am I at the level of care she receives. She participates in the activities, her clothes don’t get lost and the staff call if/when there is something that needs to be addressed. Should you need to place a family member in LTC I would highly recommend this facility.
