There are only 2 washrooms for visitors, one of them stays locked for some unknown reason. Whereas the other one has the slowest draining sink I've ever seen. I reckon hygiene is of utmost importance in the health care business, yet it's not quite hygienic when the water you just washed your hands with splashes back on you. Or is it??? Please do not post any cliche replies like "We're sorry to hear...", or "Unfortunately .....". JUST FIX THE SINK! IT'S NOT THAT DIFFICULT!

The PSW staff are very rude they don’t know how to speak with person always using phone and doing chating specially Michel. Always doing chating in phone and making complaints and Doona too she also know how to speak. Very Disappointed. I know everything. What is going on.
