The Xpresso Lite Series 4 wheels rollator that I ordered from them is very good quality. I had a complicated order which involved getting an one-hand brake system. Jim gave me the information on this over the phone. The employees were very patient when I was asking questions. I did a lot of research on 4 wheeled rollators & buying one from this company was the right choice.

I have had so-so experiences with other medical supply companies. Paul came recommended. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and more than anything, helpful. After making initial contact, he replied to my long (and full of many questions!) email with clarity. Email communications with him (my preference) were great. He was quick to offer, and try, various options for additional equipment we were considering--and not pushy if something wasn't necessary. He also offered to come back and check how things were going when he was in our area again (don't worry that they are based in the Fraser Valley--Paul travels all over the Lower Mainland). Great service.

I was in the market for a power wheelchair. OT (Occupational Therapist) offered a list of vendors, and I called 1st Choice. Told them what my needs are, and asked about what it is they do. Sounded good - stable company, reasonable service times, good access to equipment. Came time to try out a couple chairs, and the sales rep said he'd bring one I hadn't heard of. I looked it up to find out it was a manual chair, which I told him I had no use for. He claimed that's what the OT wanted him to bring, and got pushy with a sell job. I called the OT and confirmed that they had requested trial of power wheelchairs. I was left feeling that if they had been dishonest with me about that, maybe the rest of it was smoke and mirrors too. I went with a different company.
