When you read the words "Excellent Service", you'll need to add an addtional 100% to describe Rob from Ability!! He immediately understood my wife's need to quickly provide us with the essential medical equipment to help me transfer in and out of bed and the wheelchair. We had been quoted up to 2 weeks for delivery and miracously, Rob with a smile on his face made things happen within hours. I realize he cannot do this every time the phone rings, but I was stuck 24/7 in a lift chair. Rob's professional commitment and empathetic approach is stellar. Thanks Rob!!!!
