A great fraud, we did everything to contact them and even unplugged the device so they would contact us to find out what was going on, but nothing. After 5 voicemails and emails, nothing. We even returned the device because it seems that this is the procedure, and the payments continue. Lawyers will unfortunately be our last resort. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.

Terrible service, no answer on the phone or when pressing the emergency button. I think the company is a scam! Don't subscribe to this service

This is a poorly organized company that doesn't provide good service. They are very difficult to contact, and canceling a subscription seems practically impossible. I'm even starting to question their honesty...
