Traveling from Edmonton, I forgot a link for my CPAP hose and was destined for a week of scrappy sleep. I called Avant Penticton and spoke to Miranda who found a random spare and just GAVE it to me, saving me from buying a whole new assembly. Until then I'd never heard of Avant and wasn't a customer, but I will be looking them up when I get back. Thanks Miranda!

My husband and I recently went in to get the CPAP machine for his sleep apnea (I joined for support & learning) and wow what an exceptional experience. No one will ever say exceptional because of this huge change in their life, having to adapt to using this machine all night long. But what I want to highlight is the level of care, consideration, detail, knowledge and support Miranda provided to us was beyond any experience. Miranda was thorough, thoughtful, integral and super funny. She intentionally makes light of the situation because for some, its not ideal. Well for most let's be real. I am in awe of her love in this business and her supporting patients truly from her heart. Thank you for being a beacon in this space, the world needs more of you.
