  The one guy that works there is arrogant and condescending. This location is an office inside a sleep clinic. The clinic is clean but the Avant office is usually disorganized and messy.

  My experience was ok with Avant, I like my clinician well enough but the one thing that I am disappointed in is I was only given 2 types of masks to try, one is the nose ( where it goes up your nose ) and the full face mask. I don't like the nose one as I feel like I can't breath and the full mask one was better but by half way through the night it would be off my face as I move around to much. I.did tell my sleep therapist this and not much was said. I did not realise that there is more masks out there as he did not tell me. A couple of co workers have fo d to a different sleep place for their machines and got more choices for masks ones that worked for them. I have this mask that I can't wear as I find I panic and feel like I can't breath, but I cant do anything for 6 months ( that's when my insurance will pay for another).. my thing is I did not know there were other options for mask and I was not told otherwise. If a person needs this machine to help them then I thnk it's up to the company to give you all the options. I am disappointed in that and wish that I did go to the other place instead, if one place can give more options why could this place not especially when I told him I was struggling.

  Absolutely excellent service from Johnathan. I had a little hiccup with my auto renewal and he got it straightened out in no time. I really appreciated him attention and care. Highly recommend Avante!
