After dealing with Better Living I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received at the store. Laura was more than accommodating with every request that was made and made buying supplies for my Grandma very easy. We will definitely be returning to the store for any future purchases!

Hopefully this post helps you or your family member. This business in town is taking advantage of us. I bought a Nexus walker for my aging parent. Forms were filled out for the government to cover a chunk of the walker. The form showed what the client paid, yet I was charged $50 more on my receipt. When I questioned the person in the store, she claimed it's a long story. I waited for an explanation. She said the basket is $50. I watched her take the entire walker out of the box with all parts coming out of the same box. All she had to do was attach the handles and the back strap. The basket was already attached. I asked if the government knows she's charging me $132, when the form she's submitting shows $82? She skirted around the question and got very defensive. Even saying other places charge $50 for delivery. I left the store, spoke with the physiotherapist from Ontario Health at Home who did some digging. He said this is his first time using this store. He called around and found out in fact the basket comes with the walker and that it is $82. He advised that I go back and return the entire thing and he would resubmit the paperwork. I called the store that same evening. She said I wouldn't qualify for a return because the government wouldn't honor my parents' form for a second time. I said the physiotherapist advising me of this works for the government. She immediately changed her tune. Offered the $50 back. Thus us to warn you and your loved ones. Know anyone who bought a Nexxus walker? They were likely overcharged by $50.

If you take a look at your competitors maps page, you might get an idea of what yours should look like. It took me all of 10 seconds to find what I was looking for on MedNation Home Healthcare maps page. I gave up looking for it on your maps page (a picture of the side of a building doesn't do much) or even web site.
