  I have had a fantastic experience with the team at CSP! Katie made it super easy to navigate through the options and the process of setting everything up to suit the needs of my studio . Dominic had everything installed and set up in no time and gave me a great tutorial on the system and it's capabilities. Would totally recommend!

  I began searching for a new company to monitor my security system about a month ago. During my research, it became abundantly clear that my system was outdated and I would have to upgrade. Katie answered my initial email and began a dialogue with me that would span about a week. Going back and forth with the options and pricing, Katie was more than patient with me as I have a very thorough process and ask many questions with definite answers before I open my wallet. Katie was more than accommodating and was helpful with pictures and links to the equipment and the policies of the company so that I would have clear and concise information before making a decision. Satisfied with the email, I made an appointment for install. Dominic arrived for install within 36 hours of my request. He was a rad human who was easy to talk to and helpful in the setup process. Sadly, I had a very unique experience involving a dead panel that would need to be replaced and required a second visit. While this was frustrating to me, I could sense that both Katie and Dominic were just as frustrated and very eager to get it solved. Dominic arrived promptly for his schedule second visit (40 minutes early) and didn’t even say hello.. he just got right to work. Installing everything and giving me a run down on how the equipment worked, Dominic was in and out quickly and left me happy to be a new customer. Now I begin my time as a customer of their monitoring service and will update if anything changes with my experience. However, I am happy that Katie answered my email and that Dominic got me installed and ready to rock and roll. Their professionalism and transparency is the sole reason I went with them and not a competitor.
