I had a very positive experience purchasing my Philips CPAP machine. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the machine, settings, and accessories clearly. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward, and I appreciated the helpful and friendly approach without feeling pressured. Everyone at Cpap central are great to work with. I was working with the clinic at the Stouffville hospital for over 4 years and never received the service that I got from CPAP Central. Everyone is very knowledgeable and explain everything to me about my sleep data and gave lots of suggestions to help me. I am so glad that I am dealing with them.

What an awesome experience. I first called when I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea I was so happy when I found this store located on the second floor of the building next to the McDonald. Julia the receptionist was amazing! A classic stouffville welcome and small town charm . She was very helpful and was so friendly and helped me feel at ease. I met Samir the technician. He spent a good while patiently explaining the machines and masks with me. I bought all my supplies and masks there. They worked with my insurance and were able to direct bill my insurance. This is a wonderful service and im glad Stouffville has this great place. Please shop Stouffville! They deserve our business!
