  Due to my mom's recent stroke we found ourselves in need of some medical devices as she became stronger. Sharon and her team helped us through the whole process and made helpful suggestions which was a relief during a stressful time. I would recommend these people with your mobility needs anytime.   I felt the professional attitude the moment I entered the store. Ashley and another gentleman immediately noticed that I was having difficulty walking and kindly brought me a chair while greeting me warmly. I had recently experienced a gout flare-up just before my trip, so I visited the store to see if there were any solutions that could make traveling easier. Ashley listened carefully to my needs and helped me try several traditional options. What I would especially like to highlight is that Ashley eventually found an alternative solution that not only eliminated the need for crutches but also helped reduce my pain by elevating my left foot. I shared this idea with a coworker who also suffers from gout, and we both thought it was an excellent solution. I truly feel that the entire team at Crossroad Mobility Solutions is dedicated to helping their customers through their knowledge, experience, and genuine care. I highly recommend this store!

  This is the second time I’ve been in this store, and both times I was very warmly welcomed. Sharon and Ashley took the time to help me understand the options, the pros & cons of each and ultimately helped me decide the right mobility device for us. This is a family business and they really care about your particular situation, and ensure you are set up with the best option. Sharon even skipped lunch to help me. So kind.
