I had a Dr.'s prescription from a Dr. at the PanAm Clinic. Left it with Diamond Athletic Medical Supplies late 2025. I phoned into their business and they had the medical injection that I needed ready when I arrived a couple weeks ago. Very friendly knowledge staff. This place is attached to the PanAm Clinic. So everything you need, for sports injuries under one roof. Lots of free parking.

I just wanted to buy a product and did not need consultation. Found the product, stood in line for 10-15 minutes with nobody there to process the sale. Multiple staff members walked by the line and completely ignored me and the people behind me. Finally got a staff member and was told I had to give my personal information just to purchase an ankle brace. Wasted half an hour of my time.

Unbelievable!! for $40 I got crutches, a crash course, and was helped to my car. Oh and he returned my wheelchair for me. The sales person was so cool and didn’t try to up sell merchandise. Service was well organized and prompt. I wish all retailers would run their businesses the same way.
