I had several issues on my Segway Ninebot scooter, they really took the time to listen to my concerns, explain all of the repairs, and didn’t do anything unnecessary. Super communicative and thorough.

Genuinely knowledgeable and professional staff. When a manufacturer defect was preventing my new ebike from functioning properly, Brennan came to my residence on his own time not once but twice in order to make things right, no charge. I would recommend this place highly to anyone who is in the market for a new bike or wishes to have their current bike serviced.
