This was the first time we used WheelchairRental.CA! and are very happy with the service. The transport chair we rented worked well in the hospital and on our local streets. Ryan in the office was efficient and easy to contact. Delivery and pickup were as promised and the driver was very helpful in making sure we knew how to set it up, which was easy, actually.

This was our first time renting wheelchairs for my 97 and 98 year old in-laws. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. The communication on the phone and by email was prompt, informative and courteous. The drop off and pick up from the retirement home was on time. The wheelchairs themselves were surprisingly comfortable and in excellent condition and we were happy to be able to rent for a short period of time. If we need wheelchairs again, we will not hesitate to use WheelchairRental.CA.

My experience with Wheelchair Rental Canada was an excellent one. The chair I rented was waiting for me at my hotel and all I had to do when I left was to leave it with the hotel desk and it would be picked up and my account cleared. The chair they provided was in excellent shape and worked very well for my needs. It was seamless. I will be using this company again on my next trip.
