We had a wonderful experience with Wheel Walkers! We needed a wheelchair while in Toronto and initially rented for 1 week and extended the rental as needed. It was such a helpful service and rates were affordable. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Pick up and drop off was flexible and easy. I would definitely use Wheel Walkers again!

I booked a 2 week rollator walker rental online and my experience with Wheel Walkers has been positive from start to end. I ordered the 'Empower Four-Wheeled Rollator' on Saturday, April 25 for Monday pick-up. When Monday came, I never received the 'ready' email so I called the office to confirm. I was able to connect to a staff member immediately and was offered a complimentary upgrade to the 'neXus 3 Rollator' due to the model I ordered being out of stock. My pick-up was easily arranged on Monday and I even got a follow up email to confirm if I received my order a few days later. The rollator was in perfect condition and the staff demonstrated how to fold/lock the device for transport. The return process was also flawless, a staff member was present when I returned to the office to drop-off the rollator. Before choosing to order with this company, I read the google reviews and they weren't the best. I ultimately decided give Wheel Walkers a chance as majority of the reviews were about the delivery service rather than the products itself (very glad I did). I highly recommend Wheel Walker for your mobility rentals.

Deeply regret renting a knee scooter from Wheel Walkers. My husband rented a scooter online. We paid for delivery, but what showed up was not the scooter we ordered. (It was also delivered sight unseen in our lobby, not to our door, but that is likely an issue with the delivery company, UBER). When we tried to follow up, it was incredibly difficult to reach anyone at the company. When we did get in touch they indicated that they had knowingly sent the wrong scooter, since they had stock issues on the particular scooter we ordered. Wheel walkers did not reach out to confirm this substitution of mobility devices. We decided to try the scooter, since my husband has a broken leg. But the scooter we received had incredibly thin padding on the knee which made even a short trip to the grocery store painful and exhausting. We have been trying to return the scooter, with no response from the company. Overall this experience has made an already stressful time more stressful. In the future we would rent from our local medical supply store instead. Update: after weeks attempting to get a refund, the owner finally responded today, refusing a refund on the incorrect scooter he sent us and referencing this review. I’d steer far clear of this company. You can buy a brand new scooter for nearly the same price as this rental, or rent a similar device for a fraction of the cost elsewhere.
