The people here are very friendly and responsive. I own an EMO T2 Urban, and it has been working very well. One of the best things about EMO is that they have a very large repair shop. I also own a NIU. It is a good product, but no offence to them, their repair shop is much smaller, and they do not seem to offer as many accessory options, such as centre kickstands. By comparison, EMO has all kinds of accessories available. I also like that EMO has multiple branches, so if one location is closed, you can still get your scooter serviced somewhere else. Specifically, Ray from the service department is very friendly and helpful.

Great people. Great mechanics. Quick and efficient. Very friendly. Every time my bike breaks they fixed it for less than I expected. Thank you for taking care of my e-bike! I highly recommend you buy an Emmo e-bike. I got the VGO pro stephthrough bike.

Was just passing by the store when I saw the E-MINI bike. It’s the perfect vehicle for my taste. Especially folding. Waris helped me and he was professional from start to finish. Thanks to Richard as well.
