Trevor picked me up after surgery at the Montfort hospital and took me home on this steaming hot day. I was in a wheelchair and also had a walker to bring and he handled it all with professionalism and kindness. He even went out of his way to take me first to pay a hospital bill before leaving, which was immensely appreciated. The classical music and cheerful conversation on the drive home helped calm me down from a very stressful day. I can’t emphasize enough how helpful it is to have this kind of service, especially when you’re alone, in pain and scared. Thank you, Trevor, and Goldsmith- you provide a gold star service!

I found Goldsmith Medical Transport to be very efficient, reliable, and comfortable for patient transfer service in Ottawa. I needed to be transferred after surgery from the hospital to home twice, the first time by stretcher and the second time by a Broda chair. The operators of the vehicles both times were very experienced, compassionate, and helpful. They offer flexible booking to accommodate last-minute changes due to delays in hospital discharge. Thanks to Trevor for his great help in advance booking and then driving me from Ottawa General to home after my surgery on April 27th. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Having had the experience over many years with Goldsmith Medical service, I can’t thank there staff enough for their prompt, kind & caring service. Mark arrived promptly to pick up my brother in law from the hospital following surgery, delivery him to his long term care home. He was so excited to call & let me know that they chatted the entire way with him and he had enjoyed their conversations so much. Then the icing on the cake he said they brought him directly to my room. I knew their service is top notch, but this had been a first for my brother in law. He was thrilled! Thank you Mark.
