  Having dealt with hundreds of businesses over the years, this person ruined my experience here. Vidalia (sp?) lied to me and treated us poorly, at first she seemed abrupt but fine. She ordered in a walker, cane and a brace. They had a brace in stock. She "fitted" me and then we waited awhile for the other items, I finally called in and was told the other two items were in. I mentioned on the phone the brace never fit (I never had need of it until the day before) she said nothing until I got there! Suddenly her attitude was confrontational. She FINALLY measured it, it was easily 2-4 inches short of the description, she started making calls to whoever then to WSIB, turns out she lied about them having already paid for the product so it could have been easy to swap it all out for what I needed and wanted. Her belligerent attitude, again, threw me off, I told her to forget it and left!! My lawyer told to me to call back and deal by phone, I left two messages, no return call, finally left a message about what I wanted and asked for the order to be reinstated with the lady on the phone. Again no call back about it being in, of course, so today I went in, just as unprofessional as ever. Never again....my wife and I are shocked about the bad service from this, all other times prior were great! We will not be back. Neither will our friends. Thats a shame too

  Mobility & Home Healthcare representative Vidalia helped our family this past week. We were in need of a walker. Vidalia went above and beyond to see that our mom was cared for. Thanks again to Vidalia and Hauser’s Team!! Steve A moms son

  I recently visited Hauser’s for a boot cast and was very impressed with the customer service. I want to especially thank Vidalia Pacheco for her outstanding support and her willingness to listen and answer all of my questions. She took the time to explain the different options and helped me try on the boot cast. Keep up the great work!
