I am extremely pleased with this service!! I got it for my grandma and I have great satisfaction knowing she is being monitored while I can't always be around her. Also, I appreciate how we were treated when my grandma accidentally activated the emergency button. Thank you for your service Andre!

My family and I are beyond grateful for Life-Alert (Canada) and the peace of mind they've given us. The medical alert device they offer has made a significant difference in our lives, especially for my father, who lives alone. On two separate occasions, he had to use the emergency button, and both times, Life-Alert (Canada) responded promptly and professionally. Their ability to connect with emergency services quickly and keep us informed has been exceptional. This service is truly a life-changer and has our highest recommendation
