My wife snd I attended InspiAir in Belleville for my Cpap fitting. We were impressed with Ashley and her helpfulness as soon as we entered the clinic. In short order after filling out a short form we were introduced to our Respiratory Therapist Sonia. Sonia was knowledgeable and thorough in advising me of the different masks etc. The fitting went well and I am looking forward to my new mask and getting better sleep without so many events every hour.

Today I had the most amazing experience. I was travelling and forgot my CPAP mask, after having a horrible night sleep I made my way to InspiAIR to purchase a new mask. When I approached the front desk the young lady was super friendly. I explained my situation, she asked what type of mask I used and all the rest of the tech questions then told me to hang on while she check her storeroom. She came out with a new mask and said have a nice day. This person didn’t know me from Adam, showing true kindness and understanding. I can tell you this, I might live 3 hour away from this location but next time I need to buy anything CPAP related I’m making a drive to come back. My heart felt thanks!
