  I purchased a TENS machine from Lancaster Medical Supplies and Prescriptions in Vancouver. Unfortunately, they misspelled my name on the paperwork. I called and asked them to email me a corrected version, but I still haven’t received anything. I also left a message through their website and got no response. The customer service felt dismissive and unprofessional, almost as if they didn’t care whether I purchased from them or not. Very disappointing experience. FYI same product on amazon is much cheaper.

  March 28/2025I am trying to get better and needed certain things to buy. I was giving up hope until contacted Lancaster spoke with Rob. What pleasant man. I explained what I was looking for and knew right away . So I went in on friday and got it, plus google map was wrong in directions so called the store he could see me in my car and guided me to the location, which turned out to be across the street. Thank you so much for all your help and was nice talking with you. You are awesome. Rosemary
