  I recently had an urgent eye concern and was quite anxious, especially after contacting several clinics that were unable to accommodate new patients. Fortunately, when I reached out to Laurier Optical Kanata Centrum, Ms. Nishi responded promptly and kindly encouraged me to come in immediately. From the moment I arrived, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and care shown by the entire team. Ms. Nishi, along with Dr. N. Singh and the staff, created a reassuring and welcoming environment that immediately put me at ease during a stressful time. The consultation and treatment were handled efficiently and with great expertise. Within a short span of time, my discomfort was completely relieved, and I left feeling both physically better and emotionally reassured. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and compassionate care I received.   Thank you Laurier Optical and to Jasmine for your understanding and patience. I received my new glasses but they just didn’t fit right for me. I worried about what I was going to do about it and I had another appointment in a month. Was I going to have to pay for a new pair of glasses with a new prescription. I need not have worried. I saw the optometrist again and she was was extremely patient with trying to understand my concerns and she determined a new prescription for me. Then I decided to choose new frames. As it all turned out I did not have to worry or pay for any part of my new glasses. I was very happy with the whole outcome of my experience with Laurier Optical. Thank you
