Eye exam was reasonably priced and the Optometrist was very professional. Got a great deal on prescription sunglasses (30% off frames and lenses) and they offered direct billing. Great customer support from Mark as well who made the whole process easy. Also, the location is very convenient being right in the Rideau Centre. Would recommend paying them a visit if you’re looking for a good deal.

Amazing and lovely people here!! Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Sameh. She was super patient and helpful while I took a (very) long time picking my frames, and went way out of her way to make accommodations. Very welcoming and happy place for an eye clinic, and everyone does a great job of making sure you don't feel rushed or stressed out :)
