In fact, what impressed us most was his honesty—he openly told us that one of the most expensive mattresses in the store was NOT suitable for us. That kind of transparency is rare, especially when it goes against a higher commission. Derrick took the time to understand our needs, carefully observed how the mattress supported the body, and guided us based on what was truly best for us—not what was most profitable. We bought an adjustable bed frame and mattress set from the Calgary store. Phenomenal customer service with extremely knowledgeable staff. Kartik was beyond helpful and made sure we found a mattress that would provide us with the most comfortable sleep and the best pricing around. Delivery was great. Showed up on time, made sure to not damage anything moving the old bed out and new bed in. Cleaned up all packaging and explained how the adjustable bed worked. 10/10

We had the pleasure of working with Kartik at Leva Calgary location. Very informative and personable. We purchased the Revive Split King adjustable bed package. Truthfully the best sleep I have had since my motor vehicle accident 5 years ago. I felt supported and the pressure off my lower back. My hubby said it was his best sleep in 16 years. The delivery team was absolutely lovely, efficient and knowledgeable. Happy to recommend this product to family and friends.
