I always have a great experience at McDonald's Pres. & Med Supplies located at 746 W. Broadway, especially thanks to Lourdes, Jessica, Tammy, and the team. It's sad to see Tammy leave. The staff is consistently understanding, helpful, and provides excellent customer service. They are very friendly and approachable, always ready to answer my questions and assist me. This store is my preferred place for all my medical shopping needs, and I strongly recommend it to others. I enjoy visiting because of the welcoming staff. Lourdes and others always greet me with a smile, making interactions pleasant. It's a refreshing experience. This is my favorite store, and I highly recommend it. I love shopping here!

I transferred to Macdonald's on recommendation from my wife (who was already a customer) from a mainstream "megamart" pharmacy that used to be really good but staff changes and subsequent loss of basic customer service made even routine prescription filling and refilling a challenge - and I don't think I ask for much. After being told by my old pharmacy "well that's your choice if you want to switch" I pulled the plug and switching over was the best thing I ever did. I admit that getting in touch by phone is a bit challenging however eventually you will get through but I have more luck with a quick email to them for anything because I'm not always available to answer calls either and then then the game of phone tag ensues. Even though I try to pick up my prescriptions in person, there's a delivery service available and although you will get them later in the evening, it's always a helpful option if you're in a pinch. As it is right now, they're the least of my worries, no regrets switching over and couldn't be happier.

Tried to scam time and money off of me. Basically asked for a full prescription. Showed up the next day to pick up then found out they only gave me 1/3 of the medicine and had charged me 60 dollars. I had never mentioned or asked for 1/3 amount . I wanted the full medicine at once. Then I asked what the cost was if I got the full amount of medicine at once and it was only 75 dollars. I had asked another pharmacy prior about the cost (which was quoted 60 dollars) which is why I was suspicious when I saw the price for 1/3 of it. So what was their plan? To make me pay 180 dollars (by getting it in 3 instalments) for something that only cost 75 dollars if I got the whole medicine at once? Nowhere in the prescription the doctor had asked to give me only 1/3, and get refills. What was their goal? To make me waste my time and money. What kind of a sham business is this? Why are the employees so inept and so uncaring that they try to extort money out of me? Is that how they view the patients just cash cow? If I wasn’t slightly careful and suspicious and I hadn’t asked for the price beforehand they would have straight up happily extorted money out of me for no reason. This is so pathetic. I just asked for refund because I have no faith and trust in such a place.
