Extremely poor customer service and unfair pricing. I was charged $250 for a CPAP mask that is widely available elsewhere for much less. I later found exactly the same mask that being sold for around $140–$180, which is a significant difference. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to offer any price adjustment or solution. I also followed up by email, and my messages were completely ignored. It honestly feels like if you are not informed or don’t check prices beforehand, they will charge you as much as they can. There is no transparency, and no effort to support the customer after the sale. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend everyone to compare prices before buying from here. I put the picture of it.

Terrible location. I received a CPAP mask from here and was told that I have one month to replace or troubleshoot it if there is any problem with it. I have been calling and emailing the store for the past week and there is no response and the doctor associated with my CPAP machine does not reply to my emails or calls. When I visit the store, they are rude and they say that I need to contact the store. Definitely a no from. Avoid it and go somewhere else if you can.
