Service is good, but opening times are often late as of recently. I suggest that if you can’t open on time adjust the hours so other customers don’t have to wait.

The staff is incredibly helpful. Living downtown, this was my pharmacy, then I moved to Niagara Region and I had so many issues with pharmacies. I now have returned to Maple Leaf Pharmacy and they mail my medications to me. I am very grateful for this, as their level of care, and efficiency is in my experience, unmatched. Shout out to Sandra for our call the other day. It was so nice, not feeling rushed, and you taking the time to answer all of my questions in such a nonjudgmental and compassionate way. There are others I love to see here, but I don't know their names, so thank you all. :)
