Tina was incredibly knowledgeable about every piece of equipment and truly went above and beyond for my son’s needs. She guided us through every option with care and expertise, making sure his custom wheelchair with electric tilt, lift, and tilt commode were exactly right for him. The custom seating has given him so much comfort and dramatically improved his quality of life, we’ve seen such a positive difference every single day. Tina also helped us navigate funding options, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. She ensured we got everything we needed quickly and without hassle. We are so impressed and grateful we will definitely be using NSM again for any future equipment needs. Highly recommend!

Aaron McKenzie was our consultant. He was lovely and knowledgeable and drove out to us on a snowy day during the holidays to deliver our son's chair so he could have it in time for the start of school. Definitely recommend.

We have worked with many vendors and many seating and mobility specialists over the past 10 years, but this was our first time working with your organization. We had a truly exceptional experience, and that is all because of the rare gem you have on your team: Aaron McKenzie. For some people, there is an emotional toll that goes along with purchasing new equipment. In our case, the need for new equipment signals to us that our son’s disease is progressing, and that he is declining (and is no longer able to perform tasks that he had been able to perform before, without additional supports). Needless to say, my husband and I were stressed when we first met Aaron. We knew we needed to purchase at least 3 highly priced items. Aaron had an innate sense of our anxiety, and was somehow able to connect with while putting us at ease. He asked the necessary questions and had the necessary discussion in a way that reduced our trepidation. We were able to have a very comfortable conversation with him about our circumstances, our concerns and about the safety equipment we needed. I dare say, the conversation was enjoyable! He definitely knew the types of equipment available and was able to suggest items that were a best fit for our son. He even took the time to personally connect with our son… that made a huge impact on us. I was impressed with the suggestions he provided. I was also impressed that he tried to find us the best option within our price range. He explained to us that one item we needed was available through a very well known and highly respected brand.. but it was about $800 more than our budget allowed.. He did his due diligence by informing us of it as an option, but when we told him we weren’t going to be able to make it work, he immediately presented us with the solution that met our budget precisely. One of the items we wanted was unique and not available in Canada. Aaron did the research and ensured we could purchase it through your organization (ensuring we were able to pay for it with external funding). When that product was delayed at the boarder, he kept us updated and once it arrived at your office (and he realized they sent the wrong model), he sent it right back and somehow managed to make sure the subsequent one they sent got here in record time! He delivered to our house the same day it arrived at your office. We felt well cared for and felt that all of our needs were addressed and met. It was so much more than a transaction- we feel very comfortable with Aaron, and we will absolutely be reaching out to him when we need the next item for our son. It’s because of Aaron that we will be return customers. We have no desire to work with anyone else. You picked well when you had him join your team.
