This is my second order from them. 1st time was flawless this time the logistics company delivered my package to another address and as soon as I called Nelly she had my package resent but with immediate shipping and package arrived smoothly. Customer service to me is huge and as you just read, it was amazing.

Product was great except I accidentally ordered the wrong model, I needed a 2 wheel version but I ordered the no wheel. I contacted them by email the next day but it's been about 2 weeks and I've not heard back. I ordered from a Canadian company instead of Amazon which I mentioned in my reason for return. I ended up ordering the correct parts from Amazon anyway. They were there the next morning. I initial delivery was slow but decent communication along the way. I knew I'd have to pay return shipping since it was my fault but the parts were 8 dollars less including delivery than their postage.

Unfortunately I can only give one star. I ordered an item on Feb 23. A day or two after the order went through, I got an email stating that the item was backordered. Even though I sent an email requesting an update, almost three weeks after the order was placed, I have heard nothing since about my order. Hopefully they can give me reason to change this review. Update to first review. It is now March 18. I have been sent an email asking me to write a review. Obviously they did not read the first email, or they just don't care about my order. I still have not received any updates on my order. I guess I'll have to call them to find out what's going on.
