Great customer service. Rented some equipment for my mom post -op. There was a mistake with the first product but they were quick to replace and very understanding when I returned the machine without the charger. Would recommend to anyone looking for a medical supplier.

tl;dr: very helpful, got me sorted quick and I'm quite happy with the selection of products. Don't park in front of the Vietnamese restaurant, they are a little militant about protecting the spots in front of their store. Went in yesterday for some insulin needles and exam gloves. The needles were very well priced, and they even broke up a new box so I could get a couple 10 packs to try before committing to a full box. They didn't have stock of the large sized nitrile gloves I went for but offered to bring it in from the warehouse; they easily provided a similarly priced (per piece, it was a much large box) of a better brand that is Canadian made.

Fabulous service! These kind folks go out of their way to provide exceptional service! Delivered our products same day and after normal business hours! Attentive and very understanding, I would highly endorse this great company to anyone looking for high quality mobility aids or medical needs. There should be a category for ten stars because these wonderful folks have set the industry bar very high! I have definitely found our new provider here in Edmonton!
