To call the service atrocious would be an understatement. If you are fortunate enough to get though to them, you will be lucky to get a call back a week later ( if at all ). They will give you an appointment for 2 weeks later and then not show up. Steer clear at all costs, terrible.

The service I received was excellent, very accurate. Ms Josee was very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in her work. I strongly recommend her and Medicus.

Service isn’t bad but was hoping to have my shoes back sooner since this left me without proper shoes being handicapped u.i need my shoes to do my transfers so made it difficult while I waited. Plus you were quite expensive for a simple Velcro change
