This company, especially Phil, has been unbelievable! Navigating a very difficult time in life was made so much easier once I connected with Phil. He spent hours of his own time helping my father with a new power wheelchair. He is patient, kind, understanding, compassionate, and most of all, outstanding at his job. Service after purchase has been amazing, to say the least. Highly recommend!

Our family has been in the medical and accessibility world for about 18 years. Both my boys have faced numerous medical challenges and we’ve had to deal with a number of different vendors / companies / government departments etc. After two weeks and six calls (when dealing with another vendor) and at the suggestion of our OT, I reached out to Mobility Equipment Services. From the moment I spoke with Denny, I knew I was being provided with a different level of service. An empathetic kind of service, one that large corporations don’t provide. Within hours of calling, the owner came to our rescue (after hours) and provided a temporary fix with a long term solution to come. The other company has yet to return my calls or send a technician. When I say they get it at Mobility Equipment Services, believe me. There’s a different level of understanding and service when you you’ve experienced the inaccessibilities of society.

I went to Mobility Equipment Service back in the summer of 2025. I went there to get new batteries for my Trailblazer Scooter. Specifications on my Trailblazer says i can go 50 km on one charge. After the installations i could only go 5 km a day. When i mentioned it to Phil about loosing power on my scooter and it wasn't holding a charge and i knew something was wrong. He told me that i was burning out my motor. I went again in November to tell Phil I was only getting a two hour charger on the scooter and he said again I was wearing out my motor. He offered to help by looking for a new scooter that would go longer distances. January 13, 2026 I had health care solutions out of Edmonton come check out my scooter for $52.50 to tell me that the wrong batteries were installed and that there is nothing wrong with the motor as they had done multiple tests. 12v 55s were set in the scooter with blocks to hold them in place when it says right on the trailblazer website 12 v 75s are to be reinstalled. That same day the technicians from health care solutions came to my place I drove straight to mobility equipment services to notify them that the wrong batteries were installed obviously they didn't check it before I took it back to my place in the summer. To make a long story short Phil is not reimbursing the $52.50 for their mistake and he threatened not to warranty the 12v 75s that he finally installed on January 15, 2026. I'm a pissed off customer that wants my warranty on my batteries and reimbursement of my $52.50. I'll never do business with them again.
