I've just had the most wonderful experience at Monkey See located in Byron. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, very helpful, fun and very accommodating. I thought I had an eye exam scheduled but it turns out that it wasn't recorded in their online system. No matter. Dr. Sharma squeezed me in anyway as I was there. I was able to order a pair of progressives and readers while I was there as well. Very reasonably priced. Though they were busy, they found the time for me regardless. And I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I can't speak highly enough of the personal service I was given today. If you're looking for a one stop experience (eye exam and ordering eyewear), check out Monkey See. You will not be disappointed!

My wife's glasses broke and she took them in to see if they could be repaired. They said they would try their best and did an amazing job! They were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store for its excellent and professional service. It is so nice to have personal customer service.

I can’t recommend this place enough. A five-star rating doesn’t even do it justice. I had been quoted a completely unreasonable price elsewhere at another optometry/store for a pair of frames I’d been searching for for a long time, and the optometrist here was honest, fair, and gave me a really good price for the same pair that they had. The service was excellent from start to finish. Truly phenomenal customer care, this is a place that genuinely cares about people.
