I purchased my electric wheelchair in February of 2025. The chair cost me over 25,000 dollars. The after sales service was terrible. I only had one year warranty on the chair and they take months to come and look at it if you have any issues with the chair. By the time anything get addressed you are out of warranty and they try to put the cost on you for the repairs. Ive been waiting since june to have my chair fixed. My chair has not been working properly sice the day I purchased it. If I could give 0 stars to this company I wouldI. I would never recommended this company. Please be aware of what you might deal with in after sales service.😡

Had an amazing experience with Rebecca Jones! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We were looking for a pediatric wheelchair, and even though they didn’t have one available to sell us, she still took the time to guide us and provide valuable information on how and where to get one. Honestly, she gave us more helpful information than we received from our own doctor. It’s rare to find someone so willing to help without expecting a sale in return. We truly appreciate her kindness and support. Highly recommend!

Kelly at Motion went above and beyond. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. As I adjust to the new reality of being wheelchair-bound, her understanding meant a great deal during a sensitive time. Particular care was taken to ensure my electric wheelchair suited my needs and fit comfortably, including taking the time to go out with me to test it and show me how to use it. I’d also like to thank the team supporting her — their professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated. The people truly make a business, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. I will gladly return to Motion for any future mobility needs.
