I had a great experience with Motion when they repaired my Broda chair. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and the entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. Hazel at reception was welcoming and helpful, Darius, the Service Manager, kept everything organized, and the technicians, Felicia and Jason, did an outstanding job. Felicia was especially a delight to work with—her knowledge was truly amazing, and she took the time to explain everything with patience and care. The team replaced the chair's canisters and cables, and the difference is incredible. It now reclines more smoothly than when it was new, and the quality of the repair exceeded our expectations. It's clear that the team is committed to providing exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service. If you're looking for professional, knowledgeable, and friendly mobility equipment service or Broda chair repairs, I highly recommend Motion. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

Motion Nanaimo sold me a Canadian made electric wheelchair about a year ago. About 3 months ago, the chair started making a grinding noise. Motion picked it up, kept it for more than a week, then brought it back still making the noise. They said they needed to find a technician who was familiar with my wheelchair model. I’ve been waiting for more than two months for a repair technician to fix my electric wheelchair. How can you sell a chair you can’t fix? I’m a quadriplegic. An electric wheelchair is an important part of my independence. The chair is getting progressively worse. I’m afraid to drive it more than a couple blocks. I’ve had to cancel appointments and change plans. I’ve had emails and phone calls to Motion go without response. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. June 18, 2026 Since my original post on June 14, Motion has picked up my chair for repair and left a loaner. I truly appreciate the consideration, but wish it hadn't taken so long.
