  Excellent Service from Start to Finish We had a stair lift installed for my 91-year-old father, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From our initial consultation with Rick, everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. Rick came to our home, took the time to understand my dad’s mobility needs, and carefully considered the unique layout of our home, including the two levels of stairs he needs to navigate to reach his bedroom. He explained the different options clearly and recommended the solution that would best meet my dad’s needs. We really appreciated his honest and knowledgeable advice. The installation team, Steven and Broden, were equally impressive. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful throughout the installation. The quality of their work was excellent, and they made sure everything was working properly before they left. What stood out to me most was the patience and compassion Steven showed toward my dad. He took the time to explain exactly how to use the stair lift and gave Dad plenty of opportunities to practise using it himself. He never rushed him or made him feel uncomfortable. Steven patiently answered his questions, reassured him, and made sure he felt confident using the lift before he left. He also took the time to explain the proper care and operation of the stair lift to both my sister and me. It was clear that this was about much more than simply installing a piece of equipment. The entire team genuinely cared about finding the right solution for my dad and making sure he felt safe, comfortable, and confident. We are extremely impressed with the service we received and would highly recommend Motion to anyone looking for accessibility solutions. Rick, Steven, and Broden went above and beyond, and we are very grateful for the care and professionalism they showed our family.

  Rick was so pleasant and their service is outstanding. I will be getting the lift next week, really really satisfied with them. I will recommend them for sure.
