I've a long association with Motion. Today, they met and truly...exceeded my hopes and expectations. I am so delighted. It is rare and meaningful when you are helped to achieve your vision. My chair is back to a level I'm proud of, and confident in. This is beyond being truly met in an effort. It's understanding and wanting the same for the client. I'm truly grateful

We had an excellent experience at Motion purchasing a Travel Buggy City 2 Plus foldable wheelchair. Denise (Sales Admin Lead) was especially kind and made the entire experience a joy for our entire family. She patiently and expertly explained the options we could pursue and considerations we should make. She followed up with us to ensure we were confident and well-equipped to use the full benefits of the new chair. It didn’t feel like a simple transaction, but service from someone that cared and was excited to see our success. Moreover the technicians were kind in answering questions and very accommodating. We will definitely be going back to Motion with any future mobility needs and highly recommend them.

Good morning We just had a commode dropped off by Calvin from Motion Speciality and unfortunately the unit didn’t fit over the toilet. I asked Calvin if the unit could be adjusted and he took the time to make necessary adjustments to make the commode fit over the toilet. Thanks for the great customer service. Grant McLeod
