Less than 0 stars. Dealing with this business was incredibly stressful. With my parents in medical crisis & transitioning to long term care, Mountain Medical refused to take back a $7000 hospital bed that was unused, still in its packaging. But of course, they agreed to re-sell it on consignment (after charging a $300 'inspection fee' on the unopened product). And sell it they did, twice making a profit off my 95 year old dad. THEN he couldn't get the money owed him! Months of not responding to emails or phone messages (they knew none of the family lived in Kamloops). Finally, we had to call the RCMP and it was only when the police officer went to inquire what was going on, that we finally got paid. Unbelievable. Prior to this, they also blew the battery on dad's scooter while 'testing' it (which was in perfect condition, hardly used, my brother drove the scooter into their shop), and then only gave us $400 for the scooter because the battery was blown - and used scooters start at $2000 on their website. Throughout all, I felt that Mountain Medical was banking on the fact that we were a family in crisis. BEWARE!

I have visited this business a few times lately and have always been pleased with their choice of products as well as their knowledge of their stock. The customer service is really good also. It is my first choice for what I need, for sure.

I was pleased with the top quality walker I picked up today at Mountain medical November 12. 2025. Was more than I expected. The staff were great and very helpful making sure my tall walker was set up for my hight I got the heavy duty one. Then the nice lady behind desk found an awesome heavy duty cane to attach to walker. Very happy customer here. I recommend mountain medical to anyone with mobility issues.
