The shop offers professional in-home delivery and installation, with trained staff who handle careful placement even in challenging spaces like townhouses and upper-floor apartments.
The company provides ongoing in-home service and repairs, eliminating the need for customers to transport heavy chairs to a shop. This is especially valuable for older adults with limited mobility or transportation options. Staff can help assess which model suits individual needs and arrange trial appointments.
Panasonic massage chairs offered include multiple models with therapeutic features such as neck stretching, heated foot massage, glute and buttocks massage, and L-track systems. Several models include 5-year parts and labour warranties. The business also runs trade-in and consignment programs, making it affordable for seniors to upgrade from an older chair.
Customer testimonials confirm reliable service and courteous, careful installation. Staff take time to protect homes during delivery and respond to repair requests promptly, showing commitment to senior customers and families who depend on these mobility and wellness aids.

Huge thank you to Daniel and National Massage Chairs. We called Daniel for an appointment and he got us in on a Sunday which was great as we were coming from Surrey. We had planned to shop around but after hearing about Panasonic's warranty and their recent sale, we were one and done! Daniel thought we'd be able to have the chair by Tuesday but ended up getting it to us by Monday afternoon. He went above and beyond and my dad is SO happy with his purchase. Thanks Daniel!

Ok the 5 star reviews are well deserved from my perspective. I purchases a massage chair from there over 10 years ago. I have never had any issues with the product until recently. I reached out to Daniel and he not only responded right away but he also diagnosed what he thought might be the problem and then came to my house the very next day to do the repair. The problem was solved quickly and the cost was minimal. Daniel understands very well what it means to stand behind the product you sell. All I can say is well done and Thank You Daniel!!!
