I had an outstanding experience at Nightingale Medical Supplies while purchasing a brace for my right hand following a tendon tear. The two ladies who helped me were absolutely amazing. They took the time to carefully measure my hand and were incredibly gentle, patient, and caring throughout the process. Although they didn’t have the correct brace in stock, the manager went above and beyond by offering to stop at the Langley location on her way to work the next morning to pick one up for me. The other staff member was equally wonderful, sharing helpful advice and personal insight because she had experienced a similar injury herself. When I returned the next day, the manager helped me open the box, properly fit the brace, and made sure everything was comfortable. It’s rare to find this level of customer service, compassion, and genuine care. Thank you to the entire team for making a difficult situation so much easier. Amazing service and even more amazing people. Highly recommended!

Service is always prompt and professional, and the products they carry here are high quality and priced fairly. Elke, the ostomy nurse here is supremely knowledgeable and caring.

Natalie and Shayna are always so helpful and knowledgeable…really appreciate their assistance when needing supplies. Not difficult to use their front door if you park in the underground parking.
