There is so much I appreciated about this company. From the first phone call with a gal to organize my appointment, to the visit from Dan to deliver the product, our communication (and the explanations/ directions) were clear and friendly, yet professional. And I was even given a delivery and pick up option as I lived out of town. I also was able to refer to the video. They emailed to me so I could follow the directions that I had forgotten. Anyone choosing to work with North Cair will appreciate the people who will serve them, the service, the opportunity to ask questions, and the communication. Thank you, North Cair Team!

Caitlyn and Dan have provided an amazing level of customer service. From the initial assessment the process has been efficient and pleasant. 1 trip to Qualicum and then twice Dan provided at home services to our home in Port Alberni. They have provided excellent follow-up to make sure I got the perfect fitting mask. Sorry to say my spouse received horrible service from Vital Air. She has now switched to North Cair because of my excellent experience.

I am very grateful for all the help provided by North Cair staff, namely Aimee Adams, LPN. My personal sleep study showed I need help with my Obstructive apnea diagnosis. I was provided with two month trial of the loner Resmed machine, and my level of blood oxygen almost instantly returned to the normal level. Just the first night of trial I have noticed my daytime energy improved substantially. Under professional, yet friendly help from Aimee I have been using now - for about last 30 days my own Resmed machine. My nightly sleep recordings are monitored and evaluated by North Cair staff on permanent basis. In continuation, my results are supervised by Dr. Naeem of Medsleep BC. I am 82 now, able to exercise daily, ride my peddle bike, drive my grandchildren around safely, no longer tired in the afternoon. Digging in my garden with shovel & pick again. Thank you, North Cair.
