  I can’t say enough good things about the Northern Respiratory Team! They are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need for a restful night’s sleep.   Today I went to Northern Respiratory to start CPAP therapy for the first time in my life. Prior to going, I thought it was gonna be a walk in the park and I was so excited to get started. When I arrived, things were going well, I was greeted by the lovely lady at the front desk who guided my family and I to the office where the intake would take place. Shortly there after, I was greeted by a nurse, Jordyn. She was extremely kind, and caring and gave me all the information I needed regarding my machine. It was going smoothly for me until it came to the mask fitting and trying out the machine. I started to feel anxious and claustrophobic which is normal for someone who is just starting. Throughout all my anxiety, Jordyn was there, guiding me through it. She took all the steps necessary to make sure I was comfortable. She was extremely patient with me and having to try on different mask styles if I felt uncomfortable with the previous. She answered all of my questions and concerns with genuine care and compassion. This was the best care I have received in such a long time, and I am glad that I chose to go with Northern Respiratory. Their compassion for their patients is truly outstanding and Jordyn, if you are reading this, thank you. Thank you for being reassuring and helping me through the process. Thank you for being kind and patient with me. Thank you for all that you do. You’re a wonderful nurse. If anyone is debating on where to go for oxygen/CPAP therapy I will forever recommend Northern Respiratory. Thank you Northern Respiratory for being so wonderful.
