Senior Care Path Summary

Oasis Optique, an independent family-run optometry practice since 2012, serves the west island of Montreal from its Kirkland location. The clinic offers full eye exams, eyeglass fitting, contact lens adjustment, and on-site lab services with one-hour frame modification available.

Vision health becomes especially important for seniors staying at home. Regular comprehensive eye exams can detect early signs of age-related eye conditions, helping older adults maintain independence and safety. Oasis Optique provides these preventive services, including early disease detection and emergency eye care when problems arise.

The practice carries hundreds of frame styles and sunglasses. Staff include Dr. Pham (optometrist) and qualified opticians, with an onsite state-of-the-art optical lab. While the website does not specifically highlight low-vision aids or products designed for aging in place, the clinic's comprehensive eye care supports seniors' visual health and independence.
