Sabrina from the Algoma location was such a fantastic help to my mum. She was patient, friendly, kind and helpful, making sure mum got exactly what she needed. Will definitely look for her again next time we go back!

Tried five times to arrange a wheelchair repair for my grandmother, including multiple calls and scheduled service visits. Technicians never showed up, and no one called to notify us of cancellations. This wasted both my time and my grandmother’s. I would not recommend this company.

I visited from London in neeed of Urgent supplies, due to shortages in Europe. The s to re was really busy with the sales representatives busy with other customers Suddenly a man appeared out of an office and served me. He had t he thought of mind to serve me quickly and got me the products A later transpired he was actually the manager of the whole store and he had come out to serve customers willingly working the shop floor. I thought that was a very special touch. Thank you Pratik
