Thank you Will, Medi, and the plumbers with Bytown. We were exceptionally happy with the services and coordination from Will. Will addressed each question, request, and potential concern quickly and efficiently. The installer Medi was amazing. We could not have asked for a more kind, conscientious, and skilled craftsman. Medi's attention to detail resulted in an outstanding finish. At the end of every day Medi took the time to ensure the workspace was cleaned, tidy, and ready for the next day. And last, we want to thank the plumbers. It was a new type of shower head they had not yet experienced. They took their time, took the care to make sure it was done right, yet still managed to achieve the results timely. We highly recommend Bytown.

10 out of 10 After years of disappointing experiences with other companies my expectations had been low when I contacted Bytown Better Bathtubs and Showers for a bathroom renovation but, luckily they were a wonderful surprise. Everyone associated with Bytown Better Bathtubs and Showers was professional, knowledgeable, skilful, courteous, respectful, and punctual (called if they were going to be a little late). The expert advice and patient explanations each person gave me were very helpful. The estimator, project manager, plumber, 3 tilers, and clean up crew were all excellent. The results were fantastic. Everything was well done. The price was reasonable. I felt I got more than I paid for. This would be a good business model to follow. I highly recommend this company. It was a wonderful experience dealing with them.
